Job Position – B2C Facility Services Manager
Company Name – Al Ghurair Infrastructure
Requirements:
-Experience in B-C business minimum 5 years across YAE specifically in Dubai market or Minimum 5-10 years in B-C in FM company in Dubai/ UAE
-Bachelor of engineering or equivalent
-Lead technology-driven transformation of ORA’s B2C operations to enhance customer experience, boost productivity, and support business growth.
-Continuously assess and redesign operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies and elevate service quality.
-Promote the adoption of CRM, CAFM, mobile workforce, chatbot, and analytics platforms to achieve operational excellence.
-Establish KPI dashboards and performance reporting systems to enable data-driven decision making.
-Drive automation initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve technician utilization.
-Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to create innovative solutions that set ORA apart in the UAE home services market.
