Job Position – BIM Draftsman

Yas Projects LLC, is a leading construction company dedicated to excellence and innovation, exceptional construction solutions. This innovative and growing company is looking for a BIM Draftsman with a strong background in BIM Level 400 and 500 in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop highly detailed LOD 400 (fabrication-level) and LOD 500 (as-built) BIM models.
• Generate shop drawings and fabrication details directly from BIM models.
• Collaborate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to ensure coordination across disciplines.
• Assist in clash detection and model validation processes.
• Update and maintain models through construction phases to reflect field conditions accurately.
• Produce accurate as-built documentation for handover and facility management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Draftsman.
• Proven experience in LOD 400 and 500 BIM modeling for architecture, structure, or MEP.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; experience with fabrication software (e.g., Revit Fabrication, AutoCAD MEP, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, material specifications, and shop drawing preparation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
