JOINERY DRAFTSMAN
– 5+ years of UAE experience in joinery drafting
– Strong knowledge of joinery construction and detailing
– Excellent AutoCAD skills
– Experience preparing detailed shop drawings and production drawings
– Ability to coordinate with designers, project managers, and production teams
– Knowledge of materials, hardware, and joinery fabrication methods
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
JOINERY ESTIMATOR
– Minimum 5 years UAE experience in joinery estimation
– Strong knowledge of joinery materials, fabrication, and installation
– Ability to prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates
– Good understanding of drawings, specifications, and project requirements
– Knowledge of MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, hardware, finishes, etc.
– Ability to obtain supplier/subcontractor quotations and compare costs
– Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
PROJECT MANAGER
– 5+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out/joinery project management.
– Strong knowledge of fit-out and joinery processes.
– Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– UAE experience preferred.
– Engineering/Architecture qualification preferred.
