Job Position – Branch Supervisor

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

•Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including currency exchange, remittance services and other financial services.
•Ensure all transactions comply with local and international regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws.
•Authorize and approve high-value transactions and ensure they are conducted in line with company policies.
•Oversee the handling of large amounts of cash, ensuring accurate counting, storage and security measures are in place.
•Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
•Ensure that all staff provide excellent customer service and that customer needs are met efficiently.
•Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
•Prepare work schedules and manage staffing levels to ensure the branch operates efficiently.
•Set and achieve sales targets for currency exchange and remittance services.
•Oversee marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
•Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
•Analyze the profitability of the branch and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
•Maintain security measures to protect staff, customers, and assets.
•Act as a liaison between the branch and head office, ensuring effective communication and implementation of company policies.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
4. Proficiency in Computer Applications.
5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
6. Knowledge of foreign currencies and exchange procedures is desirable but not required.
