Job Position – Business Analyst

Required Special Skills:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing, in English.
– Good interpersonal, workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
– Strong understanding of affluent banking, wealth management, investment products, portfolio advisory, and wealth lending concepts.
– Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering (BRS/BRD), user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, business documentation, and solution validation.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client, portfolio, financial, operational, and performance data.
– Experience in client analytics, segmentation, persona development, and customer journey analysis.
– Knowledge of digital wealth platforms, investment onboarding, advisory, execution, portfolio monitoring, and servicing journeys.
– Ability to develop clear dashboards, management reports, presentations, business cases, and implementation documentation.
– Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, suitability requirements, conduct standards, data protection requirements, and banking practices.
– Ability to make sound recommendations and follow through with assigned initiatives and deliverables.
– Personal integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and effective self-management.
– Strong planning, organising, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation capabilities.
– Results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple interdependent deliverables.
– Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and translate complex information into clear business insights.
Education & Experience Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Data Analytics, or another relevant field of study. A relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
– Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Affluent Banking, Retail Banking, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, Digital Banking, or Banking Transformation, preferably within a highly rated international or regional bank.
– Experience supporting wealth management, investment advisory, digital wealth, client proposition, or customer journey initiatives is preferred.
– Practical experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, data analysis, performance reporting, and implementation support.
– Relevant professional qualifications in business analysis, project management, investments, wealth management, or data analytics are advantageous.
