Job Position – Customs Clearance Staff
Company Name – 7 Seas Matrix Logistics Services
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 per month + Benefits
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Overtime: Paid as applicable
Mandatory: Valid UAE manual driving licence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customs clearance procedures and coordinate customs inspections.
Deliver goods and shipments to customers at designated locations.
Collect shipping documents, cheques, and other paperwork from customers.
Visit customs offices, ports, shipping lines, and customer premises.
Submit and collect customs documentation and ensure timely processing.
Coordinate with the internal operations team and customers.
Maintain proper records of document submissions and cheque collections.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid UAE manual driving licence is mandatory.
Experience in customs clearance or freight forwarding is preferred.
Knowledge of UAE customs procedures and shipping documentation mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and travel to different locations.
Honest, punctual, responsible, and flexible to work overtime.
