We have an urgent Requirement for Business Analyst with Digital Transformation Insurance Organization Experience Must.

Experience- 5+ Years
Job Location- Abu Dhabi

Description Key Performance Indicators
Day- to-day operations:
Business requirements collection in coordination with middle to senior
level management team. Challenge the status quo and add value to
requirements. Thoroughly understand the system features and should
be able to perform impact analysis. Support in preparing traceability
matrix, building test cases for functional testing, carrying out functional
testing, and managing stakeholders at all levels. Support on problem
solving, process documentation and project coordination
-Timely and effectively collection of
business requirements
-Understand insurance business and
should be able to work with middle to
senior level management
professionally and individually
-Driving Business functional testing
-Support on problem solving and
process mapping
Business Qualifications and Knowledge:
-5 or more years of experience in Insurance domain – Motor, Life, Medical and Commercial LOBs
-Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
-Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
-Experience in problem analysis and process
-Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and
Visio
-Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
-Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
-Demonstrate expertize of interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
-Able to guide the business on change importance and right prioritization
-Able to guide the business on value added changes avoid non value added changes with focus on business
process transformation
-Able to prepare effective test cases, hands on experience of defects management tool & should be able to drive
the test case strategy
Academic Qualification
-Bachelor is Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
-Any PMP or Six Sigma qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience:
-8+ years of experience with about 5 years in insurance domain & experience in UAE is preferred
Job-Specific Skills:
-Functional knowledge of SDLC.
-Organizational skills
-Analytical skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
