Responsibilities
- The business analyst is responsible for understanding the definition of the features and to provide the best solution for tackling customer’s needs
- Perform requirement analysis and complete documentation
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team from market research
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Identify the gaps in current market opportunities and create solutions that fits well
Requirement
- 2-3 yrs of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation and Customers
- Clear, direct and proactive written communication
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Strong customer service orientation
- Extremely organised with strong time-management skill
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Debt Collection knowledge would be an added advantage. – We will have to check this with Sumeet if we require someone with a Debt Collection background
- Understanding of payment gateway ecosystem of UAE and other GCC countries is required to spearhead few of these initiatives with bank partners
