Job Position – Business Analyst Specialist

Job Description

Location : Abu Dhabi

4 months temporary

· Continuously scan the market through primary and secondary research to identify market opportunities aligned with/ adjacent to Daman core competencies
· Identify potential growth and profit plays and develop business cases to support decision making
· Support in setting up project plans and associated governance to track and measure progress
· Support VP of commercial market development in design and launch of approved business lines including, but not limited to the below
· Securing the necessary leadership and budgetary approvals for any CapEx/ OpEx spends
· Securing the necessary internal and external support, where required, to design and implement the go to market strategy, operating model, technology system implementation, sales collaterals etc.
· Designing and implementing the staffing plan
· Support sales efforts to realise financial and strategic value
. Support in setting up governance of new business line projects through tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources and timelines throughout the project life cycle.
· Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting
· Very good knowledge and experience in strategy development and strategic business planning
. Experience in insurance/ financial services sector and/ or project management is an advantage.

Education :
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar qualification.
