Job Position – HR Admin Assistant
Company Name – Al Jaber Gallery
Location: Dubai
Hiring for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive HR Admin Assistant to support our growing HR department.
What You’ll Do:
– Handle employee onboarding, documentation & file management
– Assist with work permit applications and coordination
– Maintain HR systems (Zeta HRMS) and ensure data accuracy
– Manage employee insurance processes and passport handling
– Coordinate with department heads and ensure HR compliance
– Support in generating HR letters and contract renewals
What We’re Looking For:
– Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and administrative abilities
– Prior experience in HR operations is a plus
– Knowledge of UAE labor laws & HRMS systems (Zeta preferred)
