Job Position – Business Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain the Global CRM report, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
-Conduct market research to provide valuable insights for business development initiatives.
-Track, create, and follow up on opportunities within the CRM system from lead generation to engagement.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams to support business growth and improve CRM functionality.
-Prepare client proposals and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution and proposal wins.
-Create and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and process flows using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
-Work with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and enhance CRM usage.
Key Requirements:
– 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Tax, Legal, or Professional Services.
– Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
– Strong skills in data management, analysis, and research.
– Excellent multitasking abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines and proactively resolve challenges.
– Exceptional communication skills with a professional and enthusiastic approach.
– Can-do attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
