Job Position – Business Developer Executives

Key responsibilities include:
-Proactively building a portfolio of short-term properties
•Approaching landlords by using database , Dubizzle ads and personal references etc
-Dealing with referrals from internal agents
-Reaching out new Home owners and convince them to take their property onboard on Short-Term
Role requirements:
-Minimum 1 year relevant real estate experience or sales experience.
-Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
-Proven experience in improving customer satisfaction, customer service and cold calling
-Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in multiple languages but good English is mandatory.
-high school or degree required
Job Type: commission based (bring one property get 3000 AED on the spot) if you reach a target within 2 months, work visa will be processed
