Job Position – Business Development Coordinator
Company Name – APG – Architecture & Planning Group
Location – Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update company prequalification documents with major clients.
• Manage company interactions with client e-procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.).
• Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs), prepare summaries, and assist in response planning.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants to gather quotes and support tender preparation.
• Regularly update company credentials, including CVs, capability statements, and project registers.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential sub-consultants.
• Use InDesign, Word, and other tools to prepare professional submissions (EOIs, prequalification, proposals).
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid documents in response to RFPs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Discretion and loyalty – must handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Understanding of the design consultancy industry (prior experience preferred).
• Self-starter with the ability to anticipate tasks and act proactively.
• Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
