Job Position – Business Development Executive
Company Name – Datailer
(Water treatment Industry) for the GCC region, based in the Dubai, UAE, with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives in the GCC region.
· Identify and prospect potential dealers, distributors, and traders in the water
treatment sector, focusing on the food service and drinking water dispenser
verticals.
· Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive
opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure support for sales initiatives.
· Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
· Monitor sales performance metrics and market trends, providing regular reports to management.
· Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Expand the network of dealers and traders, securing a minimum growth of new partnerships.
· Increase sales revenue from the food service and drinking water dispenser verticals year-over-year.
· Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
· Manage pipeline and sales forecasting accurately.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
· Proven success in business development and distribution channel management in the B2B segment.
· Strong understanding of distribution dynamics in the GCC region.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
· Demonstrated leadership with a track record of exceeding targets.
· Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Salary: AED 18,000/- to AED 20,000/- per month (plus car, medical insurance)
