Job Position – Business Development Executive (Interior Design)

Location: Ajman Industrial Area 1, UAE
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the design and project team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development / sales within interior fit-out, furniture must in the UAE.
• Strong network of contacts in real estate, contractors, consultants, and corporates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
