Job Position – Business Development Executive – Property Management Acquisition & Broker Partnerships
Company Name – CitiHome
Looking for an experienced property management dealmaker to win owner contracts and build a strong broker referral network across both our short-term (holiday home) and long-term management portfolios.
You’ll:
– Own the full cycle from owner meeting to signed agreement and handover
– Recruit, train and activate agency and broker partners
– Run negotiations independently, with GM support behind the scenes
– Report weekly on pipeline and performance
You have:
– 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven Dubai track record
– Personal results winning management business, not just team totals
– Strong negotiation, CRM and numeracy skills
– A valid UAE driving license and your own car (both required)
Fixed salary plus performance-based commission. Marketing support provided.
