Job Position – Business Development Executives

Looking for experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executives to join this expanding team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships, and contributing to the long?term strategic objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
– Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE market
– Build and maintain strong, long?term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
– Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape
– Prepare proposals, business presentations, and regular performance reports
– Represent the company during meetings, conferences, and networking events
Candidate Requirements
– Language Spoken: Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog
– Proven track record in Business Development or Sales (2 to 3 years of healthcare industry experience preferred)
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
– Professional, presentable, and client?focused
– Must be currently based in the Dubai
