Job Position – Sales Executive
Company Name – Al Khalidiya Group
Leading UAE organization with 13 successful subsidiaries across Aluminium, Glass, Waterproofing, Joinery, and Care Services, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Joinery Division.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Division: Joinery
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and interior fit-out companies.
-Identify new business opportunities and generate sales for joinery and fit-out projects.
-Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
-Coordinate with the estimation, design, and production teams to ensure accurate project pricing and execution.
-Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
-Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability targets.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
-Follow up on leads, tenders, and ongoing projects to maximize business opportunities.
-Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in sales within the Joinery, Fit-out, Interior, or Building Materials industry.
-Good knowledge of joinery products, materials, and fit-out solutions.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
-Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
-UAE driving license preferred.
-Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
