Job Position – Business Development Manager

To manage the recruitment and outsourcing requirements, develop new strategies, and grab opportunities from the market.
Responsibilities:
-Conducting research and analyzing data to identify sales leads.
-Build contacts with new clients through Telephone & Email and seek the primary appointment.
-Coordinate with Clients to identify future Recruitment/Placement opportunities.
-Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them.
-Keep prospective client database updated as per company CRM.
-Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
-Research online platforms to identify new leads and the potential of the market.
– Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
-Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
-Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
-Developing sales targets for the team and ensuring they are met.
-Frequently meeting clients to submit and receive business transactions.
-Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.
