Job Position – Business Development Manager

To spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth in the UAE market. You’ll expand our footprint across Agri, Mineral, Marine, General Goods, and Consumer Products sectors, leveraging your proven sales expertise to secure new clients and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify, engage, and onboard clients (importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, shippers) needing inspection, testing, quality & third-party control services.
-Apply sector expertise to tailor solutions for Agri, Mineral, Marine, General Goods & Consumer Products industries.
-Develop and execute sales plans to meet/exceed revenue goals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive retention and repeat business.
-Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to position TIC QC as the trusted partner.
-Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
-8+ years in B2B sales/business development, preferably in third-party inspection & quality control services.
-Proven experience in Agri, Mineral, Marine, General Goods & Consumer Product industries.
-Strong network and understanding of UAE market dynamics.
-Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
-Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
-Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
