Job Position – Business Development Manager

Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing existing client relationships. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
-Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
-Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
-Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
-Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the company’s client base.
-Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective business development activities.
-Monitor and report on performance and market trends.
-Develop partnerships with other companies and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
-Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
-Prepare regular reports on business development performance and progress.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
-Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction industry.
-Strong understanding of the construction industry and market dynamics.
-Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite
