Job Position – Business Development Manager
Company Name – Buyutna FSM Property Management
Hiring for an experienced and results-driven to join our Property Management team.
Responsible for driving the growth of our Property Management portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with property owners and investors, and converting qualified prospects into long-term Property Management clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new Property Management business and expand the company’s portfolio of managed properties.
Identify, prospect, and qualify property owners, landlords, and investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Arrange and conduct qualified owner meetings with structured follow-ups.
Coordinate Property Management proposals and support the process until closing.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, opportunity values, and follow-up activities.
Negotiate and support the closing process until the Property Management Agreement is signed.
Prepare regular activity and performance reports.
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Property Management — Mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Market.
Good understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, major developers, projects, property prices, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to identify and qualify genuine property owners, investors, and Property Management opportunities.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a high volume of prospects.
Experience with a Real Estate CRM is required; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle.
Arabic nationality is preferred
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 10,000/month
Note: Candidates without proven Property Management experience in the UAE will not be considered.
