Job Position – Business Development Specialist

Hiring a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional with a strong track record in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be an A-Class performer with proven expertise in driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding business opportunities within Tax, Audit, Advisory & Corporate Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, & secure new business opportunities across the UAE market.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Promote and sell Tax, Audit, Advisory, Accounting, & corporate solutions.
Build & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and business stakeholders.
Develop & execute effective business development and market expansion strategies.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
Be a part of preparing & delivering compelling client presentations & commercial proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery & client satisfaction.
Consistently achieve & exceed revenue and business growth targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Business Development.
Proven experience selling Tax, Audit, Accounting, Advisory, Corporate services.
Strong network within the UAE business community.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to win new business and manage the full sales cycle.
Self-motivated, commercially astute, & target oriented.
UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
