Job Position – FF&E Procurement Specialist
Company Name – BRS Group
With experience in renovation, interior fit-out, or
Construction who knows Dubai’s finishing materials market and can manage
material sourcing and procurement for residential projects.
Location : Dubai — full-time
Responsibilities:
? Sourcing finishing materials, fixtures, and equipment for residential renovation
projects
-Finding and evaluating suppliers and showrooms across Dubai
-Requesting and comparing quotations, checking specifications, quantities,
and prices
-Coordinating material samples and working with designers on material
selections
-Reviewing supplier quotations against project requirements and budgets
-Identifying suitable alternatives when materials are unavailable or exceed the
budget
-Prepare and maintain procurement information in Excel and Google Sheets
-Coordinate with designers, project managers, and logistics specialists to
ensure accurate and e?cient procurement
-Communicate with clients regarding approved purchases and required
payments when necessary
Requirements:
-Previous experience in renovation, construction, interior fit-out, or materials
procurement — mandatory
-Strong knowledge of finishing materials and suppliers in Dubai — mandatory
-Understanding of the technical aspects of renovation and material
installation.
-Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings.
-Good working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
-Confident spoken and written English
-Valid driving licence and ability to travel around Dubai for work
-AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
What We O?er:
Base salary + KPI-based bonuses
Salary discussed individually based on experience and qualifications
5/2 schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Opportunity to work on a variety of residential renovation projects
