Job Position – Relationship Manager
Company Name – Tomorrow World Group
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
– Identify and generate new opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
– Handle commercial property requirements including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, shops, and other investment properties.
– Property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups with clients.
– Build a strong network of landlords, investors, and business owners.
– Stay updated on market trends, rental values, sales prices, and upcoming commercial developments.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in Dubai real estate, preferably commercial property.
– Strong knowledge of Warsan, International City, and/or Dubai Islands is highly preferred.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Strong sales and business-development mindset.
– Existing network of landlords, investors, or commercial clients is an advantage.
– UAE real estate experience is preferred.
