Job Position – Draftsman

Hiring for a skilled and detail-oriented with proven experience in landscaping and swimming pool projects to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams to develop and refine designs.
Ensure all drawings comply with applicable drafting standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
Review, revise, and update drawings based on project requirements and stakeholder feedback.
Maintain organized project drawings, documentation, and revision records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to obtain necessary technical information.
Perform quality checks to ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and ready for submission.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Draftsman or CAD Technician.
Relevant experience in landscaping and swimming pool projects is mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant 2D/3D CAD software.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, drafting standards, and project specifications.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
