Job Position – Cafe Supervisor
Company Name – AJ Kitchens
Job Responsibilities:-
– Manage daily schedules, employee shifts and time off requests
– Thorough knowledge of the property and facilities which includes menu, allergens, safe practices, online menus, QR codes etc.
– Ensure that daily sales goals are met.
– Assign duties to employees and oversees their progress
– Count cash at the end of the shifts and manage closing settlement.
– Responsible of training the subordinates
– Liable to know all the standards and abide with them
– Train and iterate new associates
– Provide guidance and feedback when needed
– Ensure industry rules and guidelines are followed
– Handle customers’ and employees’ complaints.
– Resolves conflicts between employees.
– Accountable for outlet inventories.
– Holding and recording daily briefings.
– Responsible for all checklists
– Delegate jobs and assign to the team without bias and prejudice.
