Job Position – Calibration Technician
Company Name – Prime Group
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Conducts In-house calibration of equipments based on monthly calibration schedule.
-Reports missing equipment to Calibration In charge in coordination with the responsible Department In- charge / Site Engineer / Supervisor for schedule of pull out.
-Checks the actual equipment information against the information in the Monthly Calibration Schedule and report to Calibration In-charge if there are discrepancies.
-Maintain the standard working environment of the calibration area. Working temperature shall be 22°C to 25°C respectively.
-Conducts Intermediate checking of equipment’s as required by the standard.
-Conducts initial assessment of the equipment calibrated and reports to Calibration In charge any problem found regarding the equipment’s.
-Conducts In-house Verification of equipment’s.
-Responsible for annual calibration schedule preparation
-Ensure the External & In house Calibration schedule is being executed and subsequently confirms the calibration status of all equipment’s
-Maintain daily programs for the scheduling of calibration and coordinate with the department
-Review the External Calibration Certificate and confirm the compliance to details in the calibration request
-Coordinate with HSE & Building Maintenance department regarding the completion of the scheduled preventive maintenance
-Follow-up the records for the preventive maintenance to relevant concerned persons
-Coordinate with the service provider regarding the required external servicing / corrective maintenance
