Position: Senior HR Operations Executive (Recruitment and HR Operations)
Location: Dulsco Head Office, Dubai
Experience Required: minimum 7-8 years
Educational Qualification: Should have an educational(Bachelors/Masters) degree in HR
NP- Should be able to join immediately
Language Preference: English and Tagalog
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. The HR Operations Executive will be responsible to provide an efficient consultative and proactive recruitment service as well as managing the full recruitment life cycle including the related administration tasks and onboarding for all staff hiring.

2. Act as HR Business Partner responsible for provide administrative support to coordinate, facilitate, and direct the entry-to-exit administrative and operational formalities for all employees and outsourced employees.

3. Responsibility shall also include ensuring that all joining, post-joining and exit formalities are coordinated and completed in the most efficient way for all outsourced Staff.

4. Should be aware of performance management and training and development
