Call Center Agent Job:

You will call leads and clients, with a main goal: to book a meeting for the company. Duirng the call you will need to provide them information about company and provide general information. You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions. You will need to book a meeting and run daily report.

Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Call generated leads which company provides
  • Provide financial products and services information to clients
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up clients calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge in finance business, investment and wealth management
  • Fluent in Arabic, English and French (optional)
  • 4+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
