In this exciting role, you’ll be the friendly voice representing Hastaq Trading, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Adhere to established communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
Achieve or surpass performance targets and call handling metrics.
Collaborate effectively with teammates and other departments to optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English with a clear American accent.
Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if needed).
