Job Position – Real Estate Agents

You will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
- Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
- Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
- Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
- Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or leasing within Dubai
- UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
- RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s property laws, communities, and transaction processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
