Job Position – Call Center Lead

Salary: 8000 QAR Full Package
Requirements and Responsibilities:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Rotational Shifts(Involves night shift)
– Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
– Proven experience managing teams and handling escalations
– Experience in healthcare industry call center operations related to insurance, claims and revenue cycle management.
– Knowledge of local regulations and customer service standards in Qatar
– Oversee the use of call center software, ensuring optimal functionality.
– Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
– Monitor call recordings and systems for quality assurance purposes.
