Seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
– Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments
– Maintain proper call records and documentation
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
– Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
– Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic computer skills
– Currently based in Qatar (transferable visa preferred)
