Qualifications
– Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
– 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
– Experience in banking or finance is preferred but not mandatory
– Fluency in Arabic is required
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
– Must be available to join immediately
