Labor Accommodation Supervisor
Hiring a highly experienced to take full responsibility for managing labor accommodation operations.
– The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in supervising labor camps, managing large workforce accommodation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with full control over attendance, discipline, and worker welfare.
– This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires strong leadership, discipline, and operational control.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise labor camp operations and workforce accommodation
– Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with company rules
– Manage room allocation, occupancy, and worker movement
– Handle workers’ complaints and resolve issues professionally
– Maintain strict control over attendance, absences, and working hours
– Prepare and submit daily timesheets and attendance reports
– Coordinate with HR and site supervisors regarding deployment and attendance
– Monitor camp services such as cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and vendors
– Ensure health, safety, and worker welfare standards are maintained
– Report daily operational updates and issues to management
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor in labor camps (mandatory)
– Strong experience managing large workforce accommodation
– Good knowledge of attendance sheets, timesheets, and reporting
– Strong ability to track attendance, absences, and working hours
– Ability to handle worker issues quickly and professionally
– Strong leadership and discipline enforcement skills
– Good communication and coordination skills
– Basic English required (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
– Must be organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure
