Process booking amendments and cancellations
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel reservations or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English
