About the Role:
Capital Ambulance is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fujairah. The primary role involves handling incoming calls, assisting clients with healthcare-related inquiries, and efficiently connecting them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
– Provide accurate information related to healthcare services
– Transfer calls to the concerned medical or administrative staff
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
– Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, is an advantage.
– Must be based in Fujairah or willing to relocate.
