Job Position – Telesales Executive
Company Name – Pact Employment
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month
Language Requirement: Native Arabic speakers preferred
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner.
– Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate automotive service solutions.
– Convert customer inquiries into confirmed service appointments.
– Respond to basic queries related to vehicle servicing.
– Conduct follow-up and service reminder calls to enhance customer retention and repeat business.
Candidate Requirements:
– Basic knowledge of passenger vehicle servicing.
– Understanding of periodic maintenance schedules and common repair requirements.
– Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
– Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve conversion targets.
