Job Position – Cargo Manager

Airline in Abu Dhabi with 5+ years’ experience.
– Overseeing and managing the overall cargo operations of the airline cargo department and coordinate with various stakeholders such as ground handling agents, customs officials, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth cargo operations.
– Managing the entire cargo supply chain process, including planning, calculating, coordination.
– Ensuring compliance with international aviation regulations, customs requirements, and safety protocols.
– Developing and implementing strategies to optimize cargo operations, improve productivity, and enhance profitability.
– Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and claims related to cargo services.
– Analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and developing innovative cargo solutions
– Deep understanding of international and local aviation regulations, including IATA standards and requirements.
– Expertise in cargo handling processes and safety protocols as per industry standards.
– Competence with cargo management software and tracking systems.
– Capability to identify and mitigate risks in cargo operations.
