Job Position – Cashier / Receptionist

With minimum 2 years of experience in OP, ER, and IP billing for a hospital in Sharjah.

Location : Sharjah
Industry : Healthcare / Hospital
Type: Full-time
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital billing (OP, ER, IP).
Hands-on experience with billing systems and insurance processing.
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing procedures in UAE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
Ability to handle front desk operations and patient coordination.

Responsibilities:
Manage patient registration and billing for OP (Outpatient), ER (Emergency Room), and IP (Inpatient) services.
Handle cash and insurance billing processes accurately and efficiently.
Provide front desk support, schedule appointments, and coordinate with medical staff.
Maintain a high level of customer service for all patients and visitors.
Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance policies
