Closets is expanding its Sales Team and looking for experienced Sales Designers to join our showrooms in:
Dubai
Abu Dhabi
Al Ain
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle walk-in, online, and referred customers professionally
Understand customer requirements and provide customized kitchen and closet solutions
Prepare layouts, quotations, design presentations, and proposals
Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process until order confirmation
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Provide professional advice on materials, finishes, fittings, and design solutions
Ensure a high-quality customer experience from initial consultation to order completion
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 years of proven sales experience in the kitchen and closet industry
Strong experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, closets, or custom cabinetry
Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
Strong knowledge of kitchen and closet materials, fittings, accessories, and finishes
Experience in the interior fit-out or customized furniture industry
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert enquiries into orders
Professional, well-groomed, and confident personality
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable design solutions
UAE experience in kitchen, closet, or interior fit-out sales is preferred
