Job Position – Central Reservation Agent
We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to help us deliver exceptional experiences across our world-class destinations. As a Central Reservation Agent, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences while working with a dynamic, global team. Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in reservations, preferably managing multi-site operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with reservation software systems.
- Proficiency in Arabic (preferred but not essential).
