Job Position – Cisco Network Support Lead
Company Name – Halian
12 months extendable – Onsite
Must be available to join within 2 weeks notice or less to be qualified.
– Minimum 8-10 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers,etc).
– Must have prior experience to lead team for network support and voice support
– Expert in administration of Cisco network stack, fixing incidents and executing changes
– Experience on Datacenter network components & Cloud networking
– CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred
– Should be exposed to CISCO UCS & Voice to be able to manage the team
– Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem). Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool
