Job Position – Purchaser cum Storekeeper

Joining: Immediate joiner preferred
To manage the procurement of civil construction materials, tools, and consumables while maintaining accurate store inventory, ensuring timely material availability, cost-effective purchasing, proper stock control, and smooth material supply to all project sites.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in civil construction, fit-out, or building maintenance.
Good knowledge of civil materials, tools, and construction consumables.
Experience in purchasing, supplier negotiations, stock control, and inventory management.
Ability to manage material requests, purchase orders, delivery notes, and store records.
Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to coordinate with site teams and suppliers.
Materials knowledge required-
Civil construction materials, Cement, sand, aggregates, blocks, reinforcement steel, concrete accessories, waterproofing materials, and gypsum boards.
Interior fit-out and finishing –
Tiles, marble, grout, adhesives, paints, putty, gypsum, ceiling channels, partitions, flooring, joinery hardware, screws, and fasteners.
Salary (AED): AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
