Job Position – Civil QAQC Inspectors
Company Name – Al Turath Al Aseel Contracting
Min 6+ years experience in building construction (UAE/GCC preferred)
Proven expertise in Building Construction Projects
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct routine inspections of civil and structural works on-site, including excavation, formwork, rebar, concreting, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc
– Ensure all construction activities comply with the approved project specifications, drawings, method statements, and relevant codes and standards
– Concrete sampling, monitoring maintaining records of concrete pour.
– Assisting QA/QC Engineer for work inspections, quality audit preparation works and preparation of different types of quality reports.
– Monitoring and follow up actions for closing NCRs, client complaints etc. – Witness and monitor on-site testing activities such as compaction tests, concrete slump, cube testing, etc.
– Arrangements for material tests and follow up of reports.
– Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
– Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues
– Effective control over quality records and quality documentation
– Report daily QA/QC activities to the QA/QC Engineer and keep QAQC Manager informed of any potential quality issues
