1) Technical Manager
– Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in technical coordination roles.
– Strong authority submission experience.
– Deep understanding of detailing and MEP coordination.
– Proven ability to lead and structure a technical team.
2) QA/ QC Engineer
– Minimum 5-7 years of UAE construction experience.
– Strong knowledge of specifications, inspection procedures, and material compliance.
– Ability to independently question and stop non-compliant work.
3) Project Manager
– Minimum 5+ years of UAE construction experience.
– Strong client-facing leadership capability.
– Proven experience in authority processes and multi-trade project management.
– Ability to independently manage projects from execution to handover.
4) Document Controller
– Minimum 5+ years of UAE construction document control experience.
– Strong proficiency in digital document systems.
– High attention to detail and structured workflow discipline.
5) Business Development and Marketing Assistant (Admin-focused)
– 1-3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, executive/administrative assistance, or CRM administration.
– HubSpot experience preferred (or strong experience with a similar CRM).
– Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
– Strong written communication for professional email drafting.
– Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
– Experience in architecture, interiors, or construction is a plus.
