Key Responsibilities:
-Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional, and friendly approach.
-Manage reception and front desk operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
-Educate patients about Next Health’s wellness services, memberships, and treatment options.
-Support service recommendations through ethical upselling and cross-selling based on patients’ needs.
-Handle patient billing, payments, invoicing, and appointment scheduling accurately.
-Maintain clear and effective communication with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Address patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly while delivering outstanding customer service.
-Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and aligned with the clinic’s high standards.
Qualifications:
-3 to 4 years in customer service, reception, healthcare, or wellness aesthetic clinic is preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Comfortable handling billing, payments, and administrative tasks.
-Sales or client relationship experience with the ability to recommend services confidently.
-Proficient in scheduling.
-A positive attitude with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and exceptional client care.
-Dubai-based and available for immediate joining.
