Job Position – Cluster Executive Housekeeper

· A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper in branded properties is required for the candidate.
· Aspirant candidates should possess a Hotel Management Degree or equivalent qualification
· The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership abilities and possess effective communication skills.
· The candidate should possess a solid understanding of housekeeping protocol procedures and quality control, along with experience in leading and guiding a team consisting of supervisors, an outsourced team, and room attendants.
· Familiarity with Opera, the capability to thrive under pressure, impeccable grooming standards, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
· Candidates are expected to be accountable for upholding service standards and demonstrating strong guest interaction skills.
· Candidates should take ownership of the department and be responsible for the upkeep of the properties.
