2) End User Support Engineers (English Speaker) no of Positions -( 10)
Salary Range between 3 to 5k AED
Key Responsibilities:
Between 2 to 6 years in End User support
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide timely and effective technical support for end users via phone, email, chat, and in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop applications, operating systems, printers, networks, and hardware.
Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis of system and network issues to ensure rapid issue resolution.
Support end users on applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and internal software.
Hardware & Software Setup and Maintenance:
Assist in the setup, configuration, and installation of new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
Install and configure software, operating systems, and system updates as required.
Help maintain software licensing and hardware inventory.
User Account Management:
Support user account creation, password management, and access control within Active Directory or other user management systems.
Troubleshoot user access issues and provide assistance with VPN, email, and network connectivity.
