Job Position – Collection Officer
For a reputed holding group in Dubai.
Duties & Responsibilities:
A UAE Driving Licence is a must.
Contacting clients who have Outstandinibilities:g debts or payments.
Sending payment reminders, invoices, or statements to clients.
Negotiating payment plans or settlements with customers who are in arrears.
Recording payment information accurately and coordinating with the Accounts Team on a regular basis
Resolving payment discrepancies and addressing customer queries, and complaints related to billing and collections.
Following up on delinquent accounts through phone calls, emails, or letters.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.
Plan a course of action, Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Alert superiors of the client’s unwillingness or unable to pay
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and collection procedures.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Customer service orientation and the ability to handle difficult situations.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven experience in the Collections Banking sector is preferred.
